How to defend false allegations under labor law

We hired a helper in our workshop of auto spare parts. His age is 17.4 years , we have also done Esi for him on the same day. and accident happend with him on machine on the same day we hired him. he sued us for hiring forcefully child labour which is wrong He himself came to us to ask for a job. what are the laws ? and what best we can do in this case.

Have u got notice from court or any advocate. This is not a big issue as he is not child as per labor law. 2ndly I want to.add on that it's lawyer's duty to get rid u from the issue. Tell me the whole case in detail. I will help u as we work in labour issues .
