How to deal with PF authorities in winding up of company by court

Our Company is under Court winding up. During the year 2004 the PF authorities ceased the entire machinery and auctioned towards the arrears from the year 2000. The amount received has not so far credited to our account, saying that the company didn't submit the annual returns. The Directors are making excuses only. Pls let us know what action we could take in this matter and where we have to file the complaint and what will your fees for that.
you shall made applications to concern provident fund authority for the auction amount , these amounts are disbursed to employee or not . all dues of the employees paid by pf authority and amount is remain in the custody of pf , you can sent a legal notice to pf office.
