How to deal with interruption in joining process

Sir I am selected in as clerk but on 8/5/2017 during pre joining formalities my e-bio metric did not match and on 5/6/2017 they took my fingerprints and signature on paper and send it for forensic and on the same day all the other candidates got their joining letter and now I am waiting for my report. Sir can I file a case if I am not satisfy with my forensic report?
right now the authorities doubt your candidature. But if you are sure that some error or fraud is bound to happen in forensic report than with supporting proofs and evidence you can approach court and file a case.
