How to convert job post from outsource to permanent post

Mere ko 2012 me Lab attended ki senction post per rakha gya tha lekin bad me 2014 me mere ko bina batae आउटसोर्सिंग per kar dia gya. Ab Me chahta hu ki meri jagah किसी ओर ko na lagaya jay or parmanent hona chahta hu. What should i do ?
U hv not written that whether u r in public or private sector. The process of regularisation is only according to policy and rules if any. U can only stick to ur job tilll replace by regular appointee.
