How to claim money for the over time in the company

I am working in a outbound Australian bpo . It is a startup and they are having a hard time generating the revenues to they are expecting us to work 2 extra hours daily , monday to friday 5:00 am to 3:00 pm what can i do ?
There should be an agreement between you and bpo. Please read it carefully.there should be a provision regarding over time. In case any dispute arises between you and your company a arbitration clause also be there, by appointing an arbitrator you may resolve your grievances. Or you may file a complaing before competent authority of labour welfare department regarding this issue.
