How to break the bond signed in the company without losing any money

Hi, I have signed a contract with a company, according to which i need to serve my services for atleast 18 months in company. But now i have some issues at home so need to break that bond. They took a cheque from me that cost 1 lac rupee for these agreement. So please assist me how can i deal with this situation. How can i break it without giving amount to them ?
आपने कंपनी के सात जो बांड भरा है उसमें आपने लिखा होगा की अगर आप काम नही करना चाहते है तो आपको 1 महीने पहले बताना होगा और अगर 18 महीने का ही लिखा है तो आप आपकी फैमिली प्रॉब्लम का जिक्र करते हुए शार्ट नोटिस दे सकते हो और बाकि चीजे बांड में देखना पड़ेगी की उसमे आपने क्या क्या भर क्र दिया है

Mostly in this situations condition favors the organization becz all terms and conditions are pre defined and duly accepted and signed by you.But in such cases you can take the part of misbehavior of managmnet as hurting self respect or some deals with salry or some points on deductions of your CTC.but have to clarify all
