How to become regularized in railways when working on contract basis?

according above subject to can I file a case against railway for regular employees I can't get PF,any facilities according low like clinical leave some of my friend work last 11 years
As you all are working for Public Sector Unit, you can file a Writ Petition in the concerned High Court praying for regularization in the regular cadre and for arrears of pay. Let the High Court consider whether your appointment has been made after following the procedure. Also, even though you are working on contractual basis now, you can be regularised in the regular cadre.
