How to apply for a domicile certificate

20-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
My parents were initially the residents of Andhra Pradesh .Later from 2004 to 2008(4 years) we were in Orissa & Maharashtra where I covered my education from 1st to 4th standard. After that ,from 2009 to present, we were in Hyderabad i.e almost 9 years. Previously the guidelines for local status that plays a major role in government services for Telangana is given to those who completed their 4 years education continuously in between 4th standard to 10th standard. But now the government is planning to revise these guidelines as " local status will be given to those who completed their 4 years education continuously in between 1st to 7th standard. If that will be the case I will not be satisfying the local status criteria for any state . And as far as my knowledge every Indian individual will be having one domicile state and he/she cant acquire more than one at a time. So what will be my domicile state then?

if your father or mother employees of Central Government, your native place can be considered as your father's. on duty your father may transfer from one state to another, it is very difficult to say actual what is your domicile status. if you want to get your native certificate from Telangana, you have to submit your father's nativity, Service transfer order copies and address proof, your parents affidavits etc. to get your nativity certificate. if any objection raised by Tahasildar, you can approach court to get your nativity certificate
