How much salary can company withhold of employee during notice period?

15-Dec-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Our company has a 2 month notice period and salary is paid between 4th to 9th of every month. I resigned on the 12th of that month and am serving that notice period. I have read online that a company has to pay the employee salary for that month during which he/she resigns. Can someone elaborate on that? Also, my company settles f&f after 45 days which means that I will have to wait nearly 3 months or more to get my salary. Is that actually correct?

Dear client,
since u have resigned and serving in company in notice period of two months. Genral rule is that u r eligible to get the salary for the entire petiod u worked with the company.
But if any other terms n conditions are imposed by company while ur appointment for which ur consented then we need to see ur appointment letter and some other service document.
