How long does it take to get settlement amount

1. how long it will take to get the settlement amount. 2. will I be able to recover the amount including lawyer's fees.
It depends where the settlement is pending. Yes if the fault is proved on the defendant's behalf and the Hon'ble court is satisfied that you should also be awarded the litigation cost then you may get the cost of litigation too.
