HOW INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE CAN BE TRANSFERRED FROM CGIT RANCHI TO DELHI

My industrial dispute was filed at RLC CENTRAL PATNA after conciliation failure it will be sent to CGIT RANCHI . I am suffering from mental health issue Bipolar Affective Disorder I am a native of Delhi it is impossible for me to visit Ranchi all the time. Kindly advise how it can be transferred from RANCHI to Delhi CGIT.
Any application for transfer would need to be formally made to the appropriate government (likely the Ministry of Labour and Employment for central government tribunals). The application should clearly state the grounds for the transfer and provide supporting evidence. The government would then consider the application and make a decision.
