how can we recover our salary from a closed company?

I was working with Localbanya.com as a employee, salary is not clear till month of aug & sep'2015.. that company already closed month of november'2015.. many employee salary not clear, pls suggest.. still we are facing issue.
You can send legal notice for the arrears to the employer and also file suit for recovery before labor court and city civil crt. Incase company is unable to pay than its assets canbe sold and money can be recovered.
