How can I stop transfer done by administrator

I got transfer after 10 yrs to my home station.my daughter is 3 years old just started going school I just pick and drop her to school. now administrator are attaching me to head office for their own convenience. how can I tackle them legally to revoke their order
It is according to your internal administration department. You can request to your senior authorities. There is nothing you can do legally to stop your transfer.
