How can I recover my balance salary

Employer not giving salary I worked for an organization in Bangalore starting from 1st nov, 2015 to 1st feb 2016 (3 months). I have received first two months salary but i did not get my last month (Jan'16) salary. I keep asking them but they are just giving me a date and on that date if i ask, again they give another date. It's been about 60 days i am following them but did not get proper answer. Now they are not receiving my call also. I have got too many problems because of salary delay.
