How can I recover my 1 month salary from company

i worked for a pvt company for 1 and half month. have received 15 days salary but my 1 month salary is pending. how can i recover it they are not paying me. i dont have any appointment letter
Generally, private companies have a system of probation period during which it is the company's discretion to pay the employee or not. It is basically to check your skills and dedication towards the work and whether you are a fit candidate. If they have paid you for 15 days then maybe that period has ended. In this regard talk to your head and ask her/him to clear the picture and let you know whether you have become permanent or not.
