How can I get permanent if working under a contract with the employer

sir/ madam, mai 21may 2013 se 6 nov 2014 tak co opretive bank me outsourse se kam kiya and managing director ke moukhik aadesh PR 7-11-2014 se vibhinn post par yatha shayak, caisher that a computer Porter ke rup me kam kar raha hu is. bich me bank ke bord ne v feb-2015 me mere nam ko swikrit Kar liya tha is bich mujhe kuchh payment bank dwara mila v. kya mujhe permanent kiya ja Santa hai ?
Though there is no legislature prescribed in this behalf, however, referring to few judgment by Hon'ble HC. if you continue for 7 years you may claim for permanent position.
