How can i get my Relieving documents from my organisation

Dear sir/mam, I already resigned on 21-11-2016 and my last working day is 20-12-2016, and i am on notice period and my manager ask me to the work which is otherwise to be done by scanning team, he threatened me for not to issue the relieving docs if you do not complete the work before your relieving date. Please help
well.. ask him nicely nd take some other employee with you and talked it out.. nothing much legal in it.. otherwise when you go and join some new company and you doesnt have you releving letter some compainies take it seriously.
