How can I get my dues from my previous company

I need urgent help I have resigned from my job prior to one month notice, I have cleared my dues and submitted my all accessories BT still they are telling on last day that your salary is on hold and u will get last month salary after 2 months only........is it right? I have worked whole last month still they are not giving my salary .......what I can do over it
You send a demand letter asking for settlement of your dues. if no response or in any case you are not satisfied with there response. Then you can send a legal notice. for the same through an advocate .or else file a suit f/ court case for recovery of your dues.
