How can I get back all my certificates bound by agreement for job

dear sir, i write agreement in company for 3.5 years .they keep all certificates and give me job i complete my bond but they are refusing to give me certificates and experience letter.kindly guide me on this
The employer doesn't have any right to keep your educational certificates with them.
You can send a lawyer notice regarding this issue to the employer ,with all necessary documents.
Most probably the employer will return your certificates, if not you can take legal action against the employer.
