How can I get a government job o compassionate ground after years

My father had worked in BHEL Trichy . he deceased while he is in job at that time I was studying standard five . is it possible to get my father's job under compassionate ground . I have complete M.A B.ed , PhD pursuing .. Kindly guide me what I have to do next .
