How can I claim my salary from my previous company?

BASE CORPORATION LTD is my previous company i am already resigned since 2 month.But they are not paying my pending salary and full and final settlement also.
To get the full and final settlement from the Company you can send the company a legal Notice asking for the Settlement of the account. If they fail to reply to the legal notice or pay the final settlement account you can file a case against them for recovery of money from the company. Also we need to go through the agreement to advice you for precise action.
