how can i claim my salary from my last employer we dont have contract

My previous employer is adjusting my last salary against the training cost, even though I have not entered into any kind of contract or agreement as such.
Just check/recall once again whether you have signed any confidential agreement or Indemnity agreement with your employer. If not then you can claim the said amount on production of proper proof for having paid/ expenses incurred towards your training by issuing a legal notice.
