How can i claim my rightful salary from the organisation i worked for?

me and my wife worked for a company. we were not given salary for 3 months due to which we left it. we want to know how can we get our salary back?
Its the statutory duty of any organisation ( in this case your company) to pay all dues and taxes as per the applicable laws. There is nothing like not being able to afford under the law. The company it appears is not willing to pay your legitimate dues and you should take appropriate action as per law.
