Hotel closure without notice to staff

I am one of the employees of a 5 star hotel in Goa which has closed operation without any official notice to its employees with effect from April 1st this year and not giving valid reasons fir stopping operation all of a sudden hence all the employees are just comming to the property and leaving in the evening its a ltd company having 2 properties one in Mumbai and second one in Goa and with 6 directors on board and its a fight between 5 against 1 and in the bargain the employees are the sufferers and the company is not willing to discuss and thr r abt 80 cnfm staff with 20 plus yrs pls adv
You can claim for compensation and for full and final settlement. The directors of the company are liable for the Company. And thus, you can send them a Notice. The non-reply makes them liable for a Criminal Complaint.
