Hi I m was working in private firm,but my manager was mentally harassing me alot.hence I have resigned with immediate effect and doesn't served my notice period I have also signed 2year bond if I voilate I have to pay 2lak.ow they are thrething me if I donot send valid reason management will take legal action.please suggest me what to do?

If your reasons is jenune than you can say same to the management. else you have to face legal proceedings. Because you left the job without notice period.
