Hi, I joined a company in 1st Oct 2018 and i resigned in 24th April 2019. I have served 1 month notice period. There is 2 unplanned leaves in my notice period. My employer said that our company policy is after 3 months you will get your salary and relieving letter. After 3 months I got only my relieving letter but not got my 1 month salary. I called them they said again after 3 months you will get your salary. Now it's 6 months still not getting any response from them. Please guide me what should i do now.

I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to issue a strongly worded legal notice through a lawyer to the concerned directors of the company and seek your one months salary with interest. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us .

If your ex employer has not been clearing your dues you can take recourse to legal action for recovery of money. One option with you is to file a recovery suit which is a civil cas e. Another option with you is to file a case of cheating under criminal law if there is guilty mind of the employer. You may also raise dispute under Industrial laws for not clearing your legal dues.
