Hello sir. I need a clarification how to get my UG TRANSFER CERTIFICAT

Hi sir, actually I signed a bond for a period of 2 years in a company. They asked my UG ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES. I handed over my UG TRANSFER CERTIFICATE and PROVISIONAL., but didn't give my degree certificate. After signing the bond I waited for about 2 months to receive my call letter but they didn't provide me. They made a false promise and there is no proof that I worked in that company for 2 months. Actually I was selected as a manager later they placed me as site supervisor. I asked them to either give me an offer letter or acknowledgement letter for my originals certificates. But whenever I ask they won't respond to me properly. After two months I got my salary only 10k , but my actual salary was 20k. There was no proper answer when I questioned them . Hence I asked my original certificates but they threaten me and finally I left that work. Now my problem is MY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE. How can I approach the police station to get a duplicate TC please reply me....
