HC restored the service of central govt employees how to claim it

A group of Central Govt servant was terminated from service. Subsequently, they filed the case for justice in the High Court Allahabad and it was decided in their favour and they were allowed to join their duties. Later on appeal has been filed against the above order by the department. Whether the Govt servant would be allowed to continue their duties or they will be treated as out of service.
That purely depends upon what happened in appeal, if court in appeal has stayed the order, then it will be subject to final decision of appeal if not then you may make represtaion before the authority for joining the post, please provide more details like orders etc
