Harassment at workplace by poss and job insecurity

Hi AM my facing job insecurity due to my boss. Due to some personal grudges he keep insulting me at work. He keeps telling me that I am liar and dishonest for past 4 to 5 months a lot. I am working with this company from past 1.5 yrs.At starting he use to praise me a lot. I have doing my job honestly. He never helped me as a boss when I needed him.Now he putting allegations on my honestly and intrigity. He appointed a new guy who will replace me. I really worked hard. And at end he is rewarding me by snatching my job without being informed. Right now I am feeling like a fool. I need help as I don't want to leave this job honestly as I worked very hard. Please advice.
A suit for damages may be filed against your boss in a civil court. But ideally one should start with approaching the management of the Company so that an internal inquiry may be conducted against the concerned person. One will need enough proof of harassment to successfully sue the boss. Also with greater details the possibility of filing a criminal complaint against the concerned person could be explored.
