Harassment and Retaliation at Workplace

Hi, I am working at JP Morgan and am being subjected to harassment and discrimination at my workplace, I am also being retaliated against by my manager for raising concerns in the organisation by publishing false statements in my annual review. I would like to know if I can file a case while in employment, the documentary evidence is on company email record. However , the company has a very strict data policy with respect to not sharing information outside workplace
