Harassed by seniors since joining what action can I take

I am working with one of the leading life insurance company in India. Since joining till today almost 6 months passed. During these 6 months I was harrased financially, issued with show cause notic without any mistake, transferred three times In real the authorities have made my life miserable with the help of HR. Please suggest which court i should fight and what are the charges i can put on them and process to file case against them. Regards
