Harassed by a senior who was intoxicated

I was badly abused by one of the team leader in office premises and he was totally drunk. So my question is how one can come drunk in office and abuse some one in front of everyone just because he is senior??
You have an right to file an FIR into the competent police station about the abuse done by senior with you... Actually it is an crime in the eye of law to abuse anyone. So I suggest you if you very much trusted from your senior then you may logged an FIR soon....

YOU SHOULD MADE WRITTEN COMPLAINT TO SUPERIORS ABOUT THE ATTITUDE OF THE TEAM LEADER , IF THEY FAILED TO TAKE ACTION ANGAIST THE PERSON THEN YOU SHALL MADE A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT IN POLICE STATIONS ALSO.
