Can an employee in a Private CBSE school demand sick leaves same as a Govt. employee?
since , sick leave and other leaves are part of service rules and which are framed as per advisory board in connection with the guidelines passed by authority to which a school is affiliated so as such the same rules are applying but there happens difference between working of private and govt organisation so one should understand but if any management willfully avoiding genuine requirements of sick leaves of any employee one can have a relief
