Guidelines for Resignation and joining in same PSU ?

Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to know if 'Technical Resignation' from a Category III post valid in PSU like Food Corporation of India for joining to a higher post as a Category II officer in the same PSU i.e Food Corporation of India. I had applied to Catagory II post through proper channel. Is there any Circular/guidelines in respect of Food Corporation of India so that I may attach the same with my Resignation letter. Thanks and Regards

The moment you have resigned from your post on any proper ground you are free to apply for any other post in or out of the company or organization for any other job. You are not required to submit any rule or regulation copy as a proof or to substantiate you up resignation and thereafter rejoining on a different position.
