Guest Teacher working with Haryana Govt since '07 can i ask equal pay

Qualified Guest teacher working with Haryana Govt primary education dept since 14 Nov 2007, passed HTET, CTET, STET and appointed through proper channel but salary is just 19K, Does Equal pay for equal work judgement applicable to us also can I claim for permanent job as i hv entered almost 10th year of service. Less qualified permanent employee salary is more then double from us.
Yes you are eligible but Court can not force the things or policy. Yes you can ask with a group of Teachers then we can put your things and documents. So please give us your documents then we can take decision that how we can take this ?
