Gratuity Issue - Company not paying gratuity despite repeated follow-u

02-Jan-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I worked for a startup in the field of information technology from 3rd Nov 2015 to 01 June 2020. It was five day working in a week and the start up had more than 10 employees, though the number subsequently went below 10 as it was not doing good. At the time of exit, the company's CA had shown my eligibility for gratuity, but the company is not paying the gratuity despite repeated follow-ups. What are the options available to me to get the gratuity payment.

If your entitled claims are not being paid then you can take the legal recourse to recover them. You can send a legal notice for recovery of the dues and give a stipulated time to the company to settle your entire dues, including gratuity forthwith. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks
