Dear Client,

Since your service is less than 5 years , you are not eligible for gratuity. You must have not less than 5 years of continuous service to be eligible for gratuity as the Payment of Gratuity Act.

This is my response to you:
1. You are only eligible if you have completed 4 years and 240 days;
2. Unfortunately from the above calculation you are falling short of few days;
3. Nonetheless show your documents to a local lawyer practicing in labour court;
4. So after verification a perfect opinion can be given to you.
