Govt employee not getting all benefits as written in order

If any govt school education department of any state of india make register a educational society (1860 act) under department of school edu.department. and if this society is totally controlled,supervised,financed and floated by itself deptt. of school education directly. Then if that society recruit staff on regular basis with saying that "all CSR will applicable to these employees of society" and recruited staff is given grade-pay,allowance equal to any existing cadre in department of school education (in written order). then please give answer to my question based on above :-1. how employee could get all benefits of CSR ?. If deptt. says that your are not eligible to get all benefit because you are employee of society even after giving written in regularization order.?4. if there is any difference between employee of this society (welfare society) that is under dept. of school edu. and between employee that is employed by directly by department.? 5. if deptt. is not giving and
Dear client there is huge difference between a register society and a govt department, if your society is directly associate with a govt department, you can challenge your claims, benefits by filing a writ petition in the high court, first you issue a legal notice to the concerned authorities, if they don't response your notice, then move to high court to protect your rights.
