Send them a notice through a lawyer and ask them to provide you maternity leave according to the new law. If they don't provide you leave then approach labour commissioner or High Court under Writ. AV

You may flag this message to higher authorities in the government department itself. In step two you can lodge a complain in the grievance cell of employees of your department and organization. In step 3 you can also write your complain to concerned Ministry under which your department or organization falls. Moving on, you can also bring up this matter before women Commission cell as well. Lastly you can come to court.
I believe your issue should get resolved in initial two steps only and you may not need to proceed on further steps listed in my answer.
My best wishes for your future.

Although Rajya Sabha has passed the bill, it has to be passed by Loksabha then it would be sent to the President for his assent. When the President gives his assent then it becomes Act and then only it becomes law.So at this stage you can't take any action against your employer.
