Got suspended on a complaint done by female employee

Incident details:- 1. I am working in this company since last 2 years. 2.One new girl came 1 month back. 3. I had formal conversation with her. 4.I asked her for coffee. 5.We had coffee together. 6.started chat on whatsapp. 7.I asked her if she has boyfriend. 8.She said yes and asked not to call her anymore. 9.She next day complaint to manger that i am misbehaving. 10. I said sorry . 11. next day i saw her in lift so asked her why she did this why she is feeling insecure. 12. She didnt gave proper response and again complaint manager and he complaint HR. 13. She says I followed her 2 times.- that is not true(my shift is 7am -4pm and that day i had meeting with one person in london via internet so that meeting lasts till 6pm and then i went to bus stop to catch bus and go home.there was big jam outside hub mall goregaon so i came back and took rest in rest room and wake up at 10:30 and get out of rest room and went to lift and girl came in and I just offer friendship. She complainted and I got suspended

you can take a legal action against her for defaming you with false allegations and even you can go for compensation from your employer by taking action against your employer for illegal suspension without even detailed enquiry of the incidence and without warning.
