Given less salary than others even after years of service,how to claim

Sir I am an contractual crew/employee working with wholly owned subsidiary of Indian Air lines (now Air India). We joined our company in 1996-97 were deployed in Indian airlines mainstream in 2009.I have completed 20 years in this company , working on same platform with permanent crew, drawing Very less salary being contractual.We are denied not only equal salary..No medical facilities for us . Though many of their crew are 13 years juniors to us experience wise as well as designation they operate seniors to us . Though we asked our company for same work same salary management refused saying supreme court orders are only for temporary /casual worker not for fixed term contractual employee.as it is not the same company kindly guide how to go about this.
Kindly take note of the following -
1. You need to collect all the relevant documents related to your job and to the job of those who are working parallel or lower to you on a permanent basis but are earning more than you and is getting several facilities which you as a contractual Labour is not getting it.
2. Based on those documents we may approach the appropriate court for our relief. Hopefully we shall win the case for you.
