Full & final settlement from the company is pending since a long time

i have worked last on 31st dec, 2016 in a company after providing 40 days notice period. Still the full and final settlement has yet not been done from the company. I have asked them over phone two-three times in last two months but they said as soon as the management decided they will notify for the Final settlement. As i acknowledge, after my last working day, they have not finding the laptop issued to me after 10-12 days of my last day which i handover verbally (no documentary return process there) to my superior co-ordinator. They thought i have theft it with me. Please Suggest what to do.
You will have to provide any genuine evidence/witness to prove you gave the laptop to the senior coordinator. Also, after resolving this issue, you may send a legal notice to the employer demanding full and final settlement. If the employer denies to pay you the same or is delaying the payment then, you can approach a leabor court for redressal.
