Full and final settlement with company

Hi Experts, last year i left the Job due the bad financial position of the company. company was not paying salary on time. it was delayed by 1 to 2 months since 2013. that's why i had to take the decision of leaving the company..at the time of leaving the company my notice period was 3 months....and i served for only 1.5 month..and company adjust the remaining notice period with my salary. but did not pay on time that too. i waited for waited for the 7 months to get the amount..now the company has changed the policy and converted 3 months notice period into 1 month of the existing as well new employees. i resigned in month of Feb-2016 and god the full & final amount after 7 months. please advice can i file a case against them on basis of following points...(1) I resigned from the post as company's financial position was not good.(2)company was not paying salary on time since 2013(3)company has changed the notice period from 3 months to 1 month after my resignation. pls suggest case law
Rules changed after the departure of someone or after the occurrence of some incident cannot be challenged on the ground of earlier departure or incident.
Your departure may be of any reason that was subject of dispute before court only till a certain period of time. Thereafter it becomes barred by limitation law.
So as of now, all you can do is you can bring up suit for mental agony which you have gone through because of all these delays in releasing your payment by your previous organization.
