hello sir i resigned from my company as on 30.09.2016 due to salary problem my last seven months is still pending with them what should i do in this case should i go with labor commissioner or what else i should do

AS YOU HAVE STATED ITS BEEN 4 YEARS, YOU MAY HAVE LOST RIGHT TO RECOVER, WHICH IS 3 YEARS IN CASES OF RECOVERY FROM THE DATE AMOUNT BECAME DUE, STILL YOU MUST SHOW YOUR DOCUMENTS TO SOME LEGAL EXPERT SO AS TO FIND OUT IF RECOVERY CASE STILL CAN BE FILED
