Full and final settlement pending from company how can i recover it

I have served M/s Essar Project India Limited from 14/11/2008 to 7/11/2015. I have resigned from the organisation & released by 7.11.2015. till now I have not recd my full n final settlement money. Till now I have not recd Form 16 for the assessment year 2015-16. Even after several reminder no respone has been given
MY OPINION THAT you have so many scope to proceed against the said organization, for your full & final settlement of money, you should placed the demand letter before the organization with full evidence of documents,if they have not agree then you should before that organization at competent forum for recovery of money.

You should first serve a legal notice upon the company asking for immediate release of your full and final settlement money and for Form 16 and if still they fail to respond or to take necessary action you should go for a litigation to get the Court order.
