I hv worked with a company in haridwar, first bluff Plant head has informed that take will 57300 which is being converted in to ctc without any information, whatsapp take home structure available. Second verbal commitment hike would be issued after 6 month, which is revoked. Third F&F and increment was not given, as appraisal issued in Aug'24 to all employees till the time I hv put my resignation, hence hold the increment
you should send them a legal notice, which should hopefully serve your purpose, you can also mention that you have been cheated in a way as cuts were made in your in hand salary and they should compensate you for the loss incurred.
