Fraud done by a person who returned money after arrest can get his job

Due to fraud in bank a person is get removed from the job and the case is running in local court is he get another punishment for the crime which is done by him as the removal from job is not the punishment given to him as per the law. He return all the amount of fraud and after that he is get removed from the job.
If he is paid the money, then the person who has lodged the compliant against the person has to withdraw the comnpliant or quash the FIR if any.
