Forced resignation by employer with threat of termination

employer has not given fair chance to work after working for 2 year they forced me to resign under the threat of termination without following the terms of employment which says i must be given 1 month written notice to quit. i was working as Sr Manager with a pay of above 100000 Pm pl let me know the legal remedies available for me

Hi need to go through the contract you signed with your employer ...if the due process is not follows the we can take legal action as per law .... if he have fired you without a proper reason ..without explanation the cause then we can go and file a suit

If we can prove before the court that your termination is illegal and bad in law as it is a forceful resignation then you have a good case before the industrial tribunal court.
