FIR filed not disclosed can i be rejected from govt job.

I have selected for primary teacher in central govt but not mention about my case in attestation form. fir lodged in 2009 323/324/34ipc506 and acquittal after trial in 2015 is this create prob to get job

Dear Sir/Madam,

Non-Disclosure is bad in eye of law, you should inform the FIR along with the acquital order to your employer at the earlierst. any intimation to the authorities will create a problem for your employment
