Filed review petition can I modify the judgement

sir, we are received judgement on 2013 on Central Administrative Tribunal, having review application on it filed cp still it is pending, further some one received better judgement on same grounds, hence if any chance to modify the judgement in same court (getting employment) to get the better relief. please send the advice how approach and further action.
As you have filed a review petition in the same court. if you are still aggrieved in getting the orders you desire then you may approach the High Court through a Writ Petition challenging the order and the relief you seek in this. yes the same court can modify or change the orders if the court feels that the order passed by the court earlier has been unjust to you.
